Following your submission of our contact form, we will promptly respond to schedule a complimentary consultation call.

This in-depth consultation, lasting approximately one hour, allows us to gather comprehensive information about your vision and aspirations for your wedding day. We will guide you through a thoughtful exploration of your desires, ensuring we capture every detail, even those yet to be considered.

Together, we will collaboratively determine the ideal service package that seamlessly aligns with your specific needs and preferences. Most importantly, this consultation fosters a space for open communication, allowing us to assess if our collective vision aligns perfectly.

Following this productive conversation, we can eagerly embark on the exciting path of bringing your dream wedding to life.

The planning process transitions seamlessly to our expert team. We will meticulously manage every detail, ensuring your complete peace of mind.

For couples selecting our full planning package, we will schedule regular progress meetings, occurring as you are available, to discuss event updates and address any inquiries. However, should you require immediate assistance , you will always have a dedicated point of contact readily available.

Additionally, you will be granted access to our secure online planning portal. This comprehensive platform houses a meticulous 200+ point checklist, providing real-time transparency into the planning process and allowing you to stay informed every step of the way. We will also have several educational discussions and learning opportunities to dive into the world of wedding design. 

When the big day finally arrives, all you have to do is show up, relax, and enjoy the experience we've just spent months planning. Soak it all in and remember one of the greatest days of your life with the love of your life.

While you're getting ready, my team will be checking in, prepping, and making sure everything is set in stone and beautifully done before guests arrive. We have plans for everything and can manage whatever comes our way.

We will take care of the wedding and everything behind the scenes, down to the little details and managing vendors so everything runs perfectly. You can just enjoy your special day we have worked so hard on! We will even take photos and videos for you behind the scenes for you to look back on the next day!

  • What services do you provide?
    We offer a range of planning and design services tailored to the scope and complexity of your celebration. Whether you’re seeking comprehensive full-service planning, targeted support through partial planning or month-of coordination, or a design-forward experience, we have a package suited to your needs. Please visit the Services tab for a detailed breakdown of each offering. Every package can be customized to reflect your event’s unique requirements. For multi-day celebrations, large-scale production, or custom build-outs, we invite you to contact us directly for a tailored proposal.
  • How far will you travel?
    We are excited to travel anywhere for you! We do not charge a travel fee as long as your event is within 45 miles of Seattle. We have been to California, New York, Hawaii, Guam, Washington DC, and many more places! For out of state destination work, we do require a minimum of a 4 night stay for the team to ensure everyone gets there safely and on time. For in state work that is farther away, we just ask you cover travel for the day of your rehearsal through the day after your event.
  • Do you set up decor and clean it up?
    Yes! As long as our arrival time and departure times are within your service window, we will set up and tear down any non-food related decor items so things like any of our rentals you choose, table numbers, place cards, signage, etc.
  • Do you really provide decore rentals included in your services?
    Yes—select foundational rentals are included as part of our planning experience. We believe in providing thoughtful enhancements that elevate your event while streamlining the planning process. These items are curated to complement our designs and ensure a cohesive aesthetic. A small sales tax may apply based on your event location.
  • How many assistants does my wedding need?
    The number of team members we provide is thoughtfully based on your guest count, venue layout, and the complexity of your event. As a general guideline, we recommend one lead planner plus one assistant per 100 guests. For example, a 150-guest wedding typically includes a planner and an assistant. Events with 200+ guests or multi-site logistics may require additional support. Full and partial planning packages include a larger team to accommodate design installation, vendor coordination, and production oversight. You’re also welcome to request additional staff—for instance, a dedicated personal attendant or someone to capture behind-the-scenes moments on your phone.
  • Can we allocate the rehearsal hour somewhere else if we don’t need a rehearsal?
    Absolutely. Sometimes, like when the ceremony is at a church, you don’t really need us there, so you’re welcome to add that to the reception time.
  • What languages can your team speak?
    English, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish. We can also assist with person to person translations, like if guests have questions or you need something in the ceremony script translated, but we can’t act like an emcee, but we have vendors for that!
  • Do you have preferred partner vendors?
    Absolutely—and we strongly recommend it. Our preferred vendors are not only exceptionally talented, but they are also trusted collaborators who understand the high standards, timing, and artistry required to bring your event to life. Over years of experience, we’ve curated a network of creative partners who consistently deliver flawless results and work seamlessly within our production process. For full and partial planning clients, we’ll integrate these partners from the start to ensure a cohesive and elevated experience. Month-of coordination clients are welcome to request referrals—we’re happy to guide you toward professionals who align with your vision and values. We prioritize working with vendors who are not only experts in their craft but who also embody kindness, professionalism, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and thoughtfulness in every interaction.
