Planning your wedding should be fun, stress-free and EASY.  I've been doing this for six years, have planned over 150 events, and I have it down to a science.  I have a 200+ point planning checklist for us to review to make sure your wedding is perfect. Working with an organized, thoughtful planner like myself allows you to enjoy the fun parts while I take care of the rest.

I'm extremely organized and a perfectionist at heart.  You can trust that everything will be perfect. I'll be there making sure everyone's ties are straight, your hair is parted correctly, and the table runners are even.  I look at the big picture, but I don't forget the million little details that make your day special.

You are unique and your wedding should be too. I don't believe in templated weddings, so we'll create something that is completely customized to your vision and style. We have event signatures, but tailor everything to you, even down to the little touches, we'll create something that fits your vision perfectly.

I know what needs to get done, you don't need to worry about a thing.  I'm the one who makes sure everyone knows exactly what they're doing, when they're doing it, and how they're doing it so your day goes exactly how you want it.  I am always available for questions and you can count on me to do whatever it takes to make sure your day is perfect.

Following your submission of our contact form, we will promptly respond to schedule a complimentary consultation call.

This in-depth consultation, lasting approximately one hour, allows us to gather comprehensive information about your vision and aspirations for your wedding day. We will guide you through a thoughtful exploration of your desires, ensuring we capture every detail, even those yet to be considered.

Together, we will collaboratively determine the ideal service package that seamlessly aligns with your specific needs and preferences. Most importantly, this consultation fosters a space for open communication, allowing us to assess if our collective vision aligns perfectly.

Following this productive conversation, we can eagerly embark on the exciting path of bringing your dream wedding to life.

The planning process transitions seamlessly to our expert team. We will meticulously manage every detail, ensuring your complete peace of mind.

For couples selecting our comprehensive planning package, we will schedule regular progress meetings, occurring as you are available, to discuss event updates and address any inquiries. However, should you require immediate assistance , you will always have a dedicated point of contact readily available.

Additionally, you will be granted access to our secure online planning portal. This comprehensive platform houses a meticulous 200+ point checklist, providing real-time transparency into the planning process and allowing you to stay informed every step of the way. We will also have several educational discussions and learning opportunities to dive into the world of wedding design. 

When the big day finally arrives, all you have to do is show up, relax, and enjoy the experience we've just spent months planning. Soak it all in and remember one of the greatest days of your life with the love of your life. 

While you're getting ready, my team will be checking in, prepping, and making sure everything is set in stone and beautifully done before guests arrive. We have plans for everything and can manage whatever comes our way. 

We will take care of the wedding and everything behind the scenes, down to the little details and managing vendors so everything runs perfectly. You can just enjoy your special day we have worked so hard on! We will even take photos and videos for you behind the scenes for you to look back on the next day!

  • What services do you provide?
    I have several package options available depending on how much help you need. Whether you need a Full, Partial, Month Of, or a Design, or something in between, I have a package ready for you. Click the Services tab at the top of my page to learn more about what's included in each of my packages!
  • How far will you travel?
    We are excited to travel anywhere for you! We do not charge a travel fee as long as your event is within 45 miles of Seattle.
  • Do you set up decor and clean it up?
    Yes! As long as our arrival time and departure times are within your service window, we will set up and tear down any non-food related decor items so things like any of our rentals you choose, table numbers, place cards, signage, etc.
  • Do you really provide rentals for free?
    Yes! I remember how expensive wedding planning is so I want to make it as affordable for my clients as I can. There is a small sales tax that’s around $200 depending on what county you live in.
  • How many assistants does my wedding need?
    I usually budget about 1 person per 100 guests, so a wedding of 150 would have myself and an assistant which is the normal set up, but if you had 200+ guests, we would require another assistant. You can also request another one if you want a personal assistant or someone to take BTS on your phone.
  • Can we upgrade our robe choice?
    They are rentals and already very beautiful. If you want to purchase one to keep, we have a discount code with Robed with Love.

  • Can we allocate the rehearsal hour somewhere else if we don’t need a rehearsal?
    Absolutely. Sometimes, like when the ceremony is at a church, you don’t really need us there, so you’re welcome to add that to the reception time.
  • What languages can your team speak?
    English, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish. We can also assist with person to person translations, like if guests have questions or you need something in the ceremony script translated, but we can’t act like an emcee, but we have vendors for that!
  • Do you have preferred partner vendors?
    Yes! I work with a ton of amazing people. If you’re a day of coordination client, let me know if you would like a referral. If you're a partial or full planning client, chances are, we are working with them! I only like to work with nice people who hold values like equity, diversity, and thoughtfulness in their hearts and make it evident in their work.
